Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery timings and costs are set out on our delivery page. Your statutory 14-day cancellation right and our returns process are set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Products
Images are as accurate as we can make them, but colour can vary slightly between screens and between production batches. Our bags are fashion accessories intended for everyday personal use.
Promotions and discounts
Discount codes and bundle offers are limited to one per order unless we say otherwise, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

All content on this site — including brand names, images, copy and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Complaints and governing law
If something has gone wrong, email hello@glossydroplondon.com and we'll respond within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
