Returns & Cancellations

Your 14-day cancellation right

Because you're buying online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the items back.

To cancel, email hello@glossydroplondon.com with your order number and which items you're returning. A clear statement that you're cancelling is enough — you don't need to give a reason.

Condition of returns

Items must come back unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags and dust bag included. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check the item.

Return postage

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or your proof of postage, whichever is earlier) we'll refund you within 14 days, to the original payment method. That includes the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order; if you chose express delivery, we refund the standard rate. Bundle orders returned in part are refunded at the single-item price of the items you keep.

Faulty items

Nothing here affects your legal rights. If an item is faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it.
