Delivery

Pre-order dispatch

The Jelly Gloss Bag collection is currently available on pre-order. We expect to dispatch pre-orders within 1-2 weeks of your order being placed. We'll email you with an exact dispatch date as soon as your bag is ready to leave us.

Costs

• UK standard delivery: £3.95.
• Free UK standard delivery on orders over £50.
• UK express delivery: £6.95.

All prices on site are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown in full at checkout before you pay.

Timings

• Pre-orders: dispatched within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.
• UK standard: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• UK express: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day. We'll email you if anything changes.

Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, then a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 working days, email us at hello@glossydroplondon.com and we'll chase it.

International

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International delivery isn't available yet — join the drop list and we'll announce it when it launches.

Wrong or missing parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
