How big is the Jelly Firkin?
It's a roomy everyday tote — phone, purse, keys, make-up bag, water bottle and a small laptop all fit comfortably.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. No solvents, no abrasive sponges. Keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods so the gloss stays sharp.
What's the two-bag bundle?
Pick any two colours and you pay the bundle price instead of two singles. The discount is applied on the product page when you choose the bundle option.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us straight away — if it hasn't been dispatched we can usually amend it. Once it's on its way, use your 14-day cancellation right instead.
When will my order arrive?
Dispatch is 1–2 working days, then 2–4 working days for UK standard. Full detail is on our delivery page.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — UK only for now. Join the drop list in the footer and we'll tell you first when that changes.
Which payment methods can I use?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
